The pressure gauge (1) has a diaphragm (12) that is located on the housing (5). A membrane bed is arranged on the opposite side of diaphragm. A pressure chamber is formed between the diaphragm and membrane bed. A sensor element (4) is located within the pressure chamber at the backside of diaphragm, for sensing the atmospheric pressure which is acted on the outer side portion of diaphragm. The piezo elements of sensor element are disconnected from the transmission medium of pressure chamber by the separation membrane of sensor element.
