PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a leakage current while suppressing the effect of noise of an external terminal.;SOLUTION: An analog switch circuit includes: a first switch disposed between a first node and a second node; a second switch disposed between the second node and a third node; a third switch disposed between a fourth node supplied with a predetermined voltage and the second node; and a control unit which receives at least two kinds of control signals and performs, on the basis of a combination of the control signals, one of first control for turning on the first switch and the second switch and turning off the third switch, second control for turning off the first switch, the second switch, and the third switch, and third control for turning off the first switch and the second switch and turning on the third switch.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
