The seat assembly (100) has an upper seat (120) that is rotatably fixed relative to a vehicle-mounted lower seat (110). Each of the lower and upper seats has a seating surface (115,125) and a seat back (116,126). The seating surface and the seat back of the upper seat is greater than the seating surface and the seat back of the lower seat. The lower seat and the upper seat are moved relative to each other, such that one of the seating surfaces of the lower and upper seats is located in a compressed state partly under other.
