PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more accurately measure advertisement effect.;SOLUTION: An advertisement effect measuring device comprises: an operation history storage unit that stores a user's operation history related to each operation provided as advertisement content; and an evaluation value storage unit that, in association with each operation, stores an evaluation value representing a degree of interest which a user who has performed the operation is estimated to have in an advertisement.
