Invention patent: "transformation of soybean". It is described a process for the genetic transformation of germinal lineage mediated by agrobacteru00edum soy.The process is based on the distribution of gene mediated by Agrobacterium in individual cells in a meristem of newly germinated soybeans, which cells can be directly induced to form buds that give rise to transgenic plants. The process does not involve tissue culture phase callus and is fast and efficient.
