METHOD OF PRODUCING BARLEY BREAD PANINI BY USING BARLEY BREAD AND PANINI GRILL

The present invention relates to a method of producing barley bread panini by using barley bread and a panini grill. Novel food called barley bread panini, which has never been produced, is developed by using each advantages of a method of producing Jjinppang (steamed bun with red bean paste filling) that represents Korean traditional bread and a method of producing panini that is one of representative western sandwiches. The present invention relates to a method of producing barley bread panini which can create a new food culture, wherein the barley bread panini: provides a texture in which the outside of the bread is chewy and the inside of the bread is soft as the barley bread panini uses Jjinppang rather than bread baked in an oven to increase a moisture content; includes filling that is the feature of a sandwich to give a variety of textures and tastes; additionally has crispiness and warmth by using a panini grill to give a variety of textures and tastes; and has relatively low calories and no trans fat as being not fried in oil, thereby being capable of replacing fast food such as hamburgers.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
