The barley grain, acid, water and salt are fed and the resulting mixture is soaked at 30 degrees for 28 hours. The barley grain is mechanical processed and treated through heat. The barley grain, rye flour, liquid oxygen, salt, yeast, caking agent and water are utilized in production process.
