PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil taste improver for food and drink effective for various stocks having oil taste such as DHA, EPA, cacao butter, rice oil and rapeseed oil, suppressing the oil taste of food and taste containing them and capable of providing food and drink having high flavor, a method for improving the oil taste of food and drink, and a composition for food and drink.SOLUTION: Provided is a composition for food and drink comprising one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of DHA, EPA, cacao butter, rice oil and rapeseed oil and piceatannol. Also provided is an oil taste improver comprising piceatannol as an effective principle. Also provided is a method for improving the oil taste of food and drink where food and drink having oil taste is added with piceatannol in an amount effective for improving the oil taste of the food and drink.SELECTED DRAWING: None
