The present invention relates to a cranberry-containing sweet red bean jelly having antioxidant activities, and a method for producing the cranberry-containing sweet red bean jelly. According to the present invention, the cranberry-containing sweet red bean jelly contains: a sweet red bean jelly composition consisting of 40-60 wt% of a filling ingredient, 1-5 wt% of agar, 10-30 wt% of sugar or mom sweet, 1-10 wt% of starch syrup, and 20-40 wt% of water with respect to the total weight of the sweet red bean jelly composition; and 5-20 wt% of a mixture of cranberries and kiwis, with respect to 100 parts by weight of the sweet red bean jelly composition.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
