The present invention relates to a method for producing a dietary supplement food using cricket and Lingzhi mushroom. To this end, the dietary supplement food using cricket powder is produced by the following steps; putting 100 parts by weight of purified water, 0.5-10 parts by weight of cricket powder, 0.2-8 parts by weight of Lingzhi mushroom, 0.2-7 parts by weight of licorice, and 0.1-4 parts by weight of jujube into a boiling pot; and boiling the same for 1-5 hours to make tea.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
