The present invention relates to a functional fermented soybean lump containing Monascus sp., paste products using the same, and a production method thereof. More specifically, provided is a method for producing a fermented soybean lump, comprising the following steps: cooling steamed raw grains including soybeans; inoculating a strain mixture composed of Monascus sp. and Bacillus subtilis; molding the same in a specific size; rapidly fermenting the same; and rapidly drying the same thereafter.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
