PURPOSE: Fermented soybean paste using the aspergillus and bacillus genera, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the improved flavor and taste of the fermented soybean paste to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fermented soybean paste using the aspergillus and bacillus genera comprises the following steps: separately injecting spawns of the aspergillus and bacillus genera into steamed soybeans, and ferment-aging; and mixing the aspergillus-fermented soybeans and the bacillus-fermented soybeans in a weight ratio of 7-8L:3-2. The fermented soybean paste has the pH of 7.2-7.4, and the total acid content of 8.0-8.5.
