The use of the finely ground unsoluble coffee based material to reduce the agglomeration rate of the instant coffee composition and to improve the foam stability, that forms on the coffee surface. The beverage dispensing system comprises the mentioned composition and the beverage dispensing machine, into which the container can be inserted and from which the beverage can be dispensed after adding the beverage aqueous medium.
