To provide an indoor temperature decreasing and cooling facility requiring no outdoor unit, but movable, requiring no outdoor exhausting of calorie to cause an indoor temperature to be entirely decreased through water circulation or air circulation thermal convection or the like and further enabling a plug-and-play operation to be performed.SOLUTION: This invention comprises a compressor main body 6, cooling guide fins 5 or radiation fins 12 cooperatively connected to the compressor main body, cooling medium is filled in the aforesaid compressor main body, the aforesaid cooling guide fins are installed in a cold water tank 4, the aforesaid radiation fins are installed in a thermal conduction water tank 11, the aforesaid thermal conduction water tank is installed in a heat water tank 10, one end of the aforesaid thermal conduction water tank is cooperatively connected to a water storage tank 13 by a pipe and another end of it is cooperatively connected to a heated water tank 9 by a pipe and a pure water device 7 is cooperatively connected to an inlet port of the aforesaid water storage tank and an outlet port of the heated water tank.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
