According to one embodiment of the present invention, a safety monitoring system using a smart wearable device with multiple functions comprises: a smart wearable device detecting or capturing images of wearers biometric information, motion information, and surrounding view information when the wearer is located in an emergency area, a disaster area, or a restoration area and then, transmitting the images; a smart workwear module including a plurality of bioelectrodes for measuring wearers bio-information and an inner skin provided with a thermoelectric element layer for adjusting internal temperature according to external temperature; a smart helmet module transmitting a captured image of a surrounding view using infrared or visible light depending on an illuminance value of a surrounding environment to the smart workwear module; a smart boots module sensing wearers ankle muscular strength information and ankle angular velocity and transmitting the same to the smart workwear module; and a smart gloves module sensing pressure information applied to the wearers hand and wrist muscular strength information relative to finger movement and transmitting the same to the smart workwear module, wherein each module is activated when worn by the wearer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
