This appendix analyzes the helicopter (helo)-capable cutter tacticsquestionnaires. The helo-capable cutter questionnaire was sent to the Commanding Officers (COs) of all 378s, 270s, 210s, and the PCO2 of these types of cutters. This is the longest qeustionnaire, requiring over 800 specific answers. It is divided into seven sections, each of which covers a specific aspect of the cutter or its operations.
