摘要

The document provides a summary of the available statistical data on variousfactors used in assessing human exposure. Volume II, Food Ingestion, provides data for consumption of fruits and vegetables, fish, meats and dairy products, homegrown foods, and breast milk. The basic equations using these parameters to calculate exposure levels are also provided. Recommended values are also provided for various segments of the population who may be have characteristics different from the general population.
