Civil Justice Reform Act of 1990, Final Report.

摘要

The Judicial Conference of the United States submits the following report in accordance with sections 104(c) and 105(c) of the Civil Justice Reform Act of 1990 (CJRA or the Act). This report is the Conferences third, and final, report to Congress under the Act. It assesses the experience of the federal courts in applying the civil litigation cost and delay reduction measures suggested in the Act, and offers a series of recommendations for continuing the judiciarys efforts to ensure prompt, inexpensive resolution of civil disputes.
