The two volume report studied job accommodations provided to handicapped employees by federal contractors. The second volume consists of information gathered from ten on-site visits to the following firms: Dow Chemical Company, Hewlett/Packard Company, Dupont Company, IBM Corporation, Lockheed Missiles and Space Company, Inc., Merck, Sharpe and Dohme Company, Raytheon Company, Storage Technology Corporation, Tektronix and Union Carbide Company. These firms were chosen because of their exemplary practices in accommodating handicapped workers and job applicants.
