PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program by which a user who seeks advice on accommodation can gain access to recommendations on accommodation and past cases by a WEB system by inputting contents the user seeks advice on by a selection method or numerically, and receive them by mail on the Internet, and which accepts a large number of guests at small-scale accommodation facilities in a dispersed manner, and conducts a task to alleviate the workload of the providers of the accommodation recommendations.;SOLUTION: The system comprises a means for inputting and storing information on receiving guests of a plurality of accommodation facilities beforehand, a means for accepting contents a user seeks advice on using the Internet, a data recording means for recording the accepted data, a means for analyzing the contents the user seeks advice on and calculating the accommodation recommendations, a means for reading out the accommodation recommendations from the recorded data, a means for reading out the past cases similar to the accommodation recommendations from the recorded data, a means for displaying the accommodation recommendations, a means for automatically distributing the accommodation recommendations by mail on the Internet, and a means for inputting the actual accommodation results and the guests' comments to the WEB system and storing them as data of past cases.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
