Multi Rail staff have spent 15 years designing and fitting catering systems to trains. During that time, Roberto Cerrone has developed some ideas that could streamline the process. Installing catering systems on trains is a niche market compared to the overall railway business. The complications of a kitchen on board a train are apparent to any manufacturer. To develop new ideas and technologies, we have to look at what is required critically, bearing in mind the market demand for cost reduction.
