Sinopec Opens 100,000-Ton/Year Lubricants Plant in Tuas, Singapore

Chinese energy and chemical giant Sinopec has opened its first lubricant manufacturing plant outside of China – in Tuas, Singapore, according to a recent Xinhua report. The Sinopec Lubricant Singapore facility, which opened July 11, spans 242,811 square miles and has an estimated initial capacity of 100,000 tons per year, the report noted.
