Details of a mass spectrometric analysis of a substance on an ЭМАЛ-2 laser mass analyzer are described. A monovalent-to-multivalent ion contribution ratio is studied. It is shown that the account of multivalent ions makes it possible to reduce the error down to 3-5 %.
