PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative analytical method for a micro amount of substance in gas capable of highly sensitively, precisely and quickly determining quantitatively a micro amount of metal element in the gas, without requiring troublesome chemical pretreatment, and concerned in an environment, an analyzer for quantitative analysis therefor, a sampling method therefor, and a sampler therefor.;SOLUTION: The micro amount of substance M in the gas A is collected by a collector 2, the collector 2 collecting the micro amount of substance M is heated in an inert gas to vaporize the collected micro amount of substance M, and a concentration of the micro amount of substance M is found by forming gas G generated by the vaporization into plasma, followed by an analysis.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
