摘要

The Children's Measure of Obsessive-Compulsive Symptoms (CMOCS; Reynolds & Livingston, 2010) is a self-report screening measure of obsessive and compulsive thoughts and behaviors in children and adolescents aged 8 through 19 years. Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is estimated to affect 1% to 3% of the population over their lifetime (American Psychiatric Association [APA], 2000). The CMOCS is anchored in the criteria for OCD in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fourth Edition-Text Revision (DSM-IV-TR; APA, 2000). The 56 items are scored on a four-point Likert-type scale and are written at a second-grade reading level in the first person. It can be administered individually or in small groups in 15 min or less and scored in 10 min or less, making it an efficient screening tool.
