Kinetic study of sunflower oil hydrolysis with lipases

摘要

In the present stuedy two types of investigations have been made:(i)parametric study to establish suibable reaction conditions for maximum hydrolysis and (ii) the kinetics, for hydroloysis of sunflower oiul in solvent system using lipases from Candida cylindraces (CCL) and Porcine pancreas (PPL). Effect of type of solvent, pH, temperature, organic to aqueous phase ratio, oil to solvent ration, enzyme to oil ratio and speed of agitation; on activity of PPL and CCL have been investigated and in a best set of established reaction conditions, hydrolysis upto 96% could be achieved in one hour. Michaelis Menten type model with multi order product inhibition has been fund to be satisfactory to predict thekinetics of these systems. The values of kinetic parameters and inhibition constants have been determined by least square regression analysis
