The danger of confined spaces is the subject of an HSE warning following 4 tragic deaths in as many weeks. Three of the deaths, which occurred in 2 separate incidents, involved an oxygen deficient atmosphere and the other the use of a highly flammable liquid. They follow a series of other confined space incidents in recent months.
