HSE consults on tweaks to LOLER and confined spaces ACoPs

The HSE has opened consultations on changes to the Approved Codes of Practice (ACoPs) relating to the Confined Spaces Regulations 1997 (LlOl) and Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER) (L113). In both cases, the regulator says the revisions are designed to clarify, not change, the requirements for dutyholders.
