A Process that is Good for Making Fuel and Edible Products

Researchers at Purdue Univ.(West Lafayette,IN;www.purdue.edu),led by professor Li-fu Chen and research assistant Qin Xu,both in the university's food science department,have developed a process for making ethanol from corn.Environmentally friendly,the process is also useful for making edible products.
