摘要

The purpose of this research is to increase the propagation coefficient of cv.Pamid(Vitis vinifera L, ssp. sativa)through nutrient medium optimisation in accordance with the cultivar characteristics. a mathematical approach was used in order to achieve better organisation of the research and obtain accurate results. A three-factor experiment was conducted along with plan B_3(the number of tests is reduced from 27 at conventional full factor experiment for 14), without its usage to influence the adequacy and relevance of the results. When the optimal nutrient medium composition for the cv.Pamid micropropagation is obtained, the propagation coefficient reaches its highest value.
