What goes around comes around. Or so it would appear for Len Holder, chairman of Videotel Marine International. An ex-seafarer who has dedicated his career to the betterment of others, he has constantly strove to find new ideas to boost the training and education of those at sea. One of these was formulated some years ago in a small Greek cafE in London and involved establishing a company to make training films. That company eventually became Videotel Marine International. With a business and private motto of "play fair", Len Holder is obviously an honest man who is passionate about the marine industry.
