French food safety agency AFSSA recognises NUTRIOSE~R's fibre properties

Roquette has always been able to demonstrate scientifically to its customers that NUTRIOSE~R is a soluble fibre. However, in addition to this proof, Roquette has sought recognition from AFSSA, an official, independent agency with an inter-national reputation for the quality of its evaluations and the rigorousness of its judgements.rnIn its evaluation of 30 July last, AFSSA recognised NUTRIOSE~R as a soluble dietary fibre.This means NUTRIOSE~R users can now confirm "source of fibre" claims for their products when NUTRIOSE~R content is higher than or equal to 3g in every 100g of foodstuff, or "rich in fibre" claims when it is 6g in every 100g.rnBy reinforcing the international image of NUTRIOSE~R, AFSSA's recognition also strengthens Roquette's reputation as a company able to satisfy the world's most demanding users of ingredients.
