The polarising debate regarding the safety of bisphenol A (BPA) has been taken to the commentary pages of the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences' journal Environmental Health Perspectives (EHP) in recent weeks.rnThe researcher behind two much-criticised papers FDA relied on its draft assessment deeming BPA safe for use in food contact applications - an assessment which the agency has since decided to revisit - is now levelling some criticism of her own against naysayers of her work.
