摘要

ABSTRACT Aiming to evaluate the effectiveness of functional cereal-fermented milk beverage against anemia in rats. The experiment was carried out by dividing rats into three groups. Negative control (normal) was fed on standard diet, positive control group was fed on standard diet + tannic acid (15 gm / kg diet) and the third group was fed on standard diet + tannic acid (15 gm /kg diet) + 20% of tested functional beverage. Our results revealed that the probiotic containing beverage ameliorated .
