Features of Interpersonal Attitudes in Student's Collective

摘要

In the article features of student's collective, interpersonal attitudes in a nem and effects of collective on formation of interpersonal attitudes between students, attitudes between the individual and bunch, bunch and the individual are considered. It is investigated business relations of student's collective at the first stages of his becoming. Constructive interpersonal attitudes originate due to readiness of partners for positive interaction in common activity. Attitudes allow to frame for themselves a mode of the partner and to show dynamic characteristics of this mode, to test durability of views, inclinings and items of the person.
