Distortion in elementary transistor circuits

In this paper the distortion components are defined for elementaryntransistor stages such as a single-transistor amplifier and andifferential pair using bipolar transistors or MOSTs. Moreover, theninfluence of feedback is examined. Numerical examples are given for sakenof illustration
