BackgroundAutologous saphenous vein is the most common choice for coronary artery bypass grafting. This study was conducted to identify and characterize differentially expressed genes (DEGs) induced by overexpressing DEPTOR in human saphenous vein endothelial cells (hsVECs) that might play roles in restenosis.
