借鉴 PBL模式提高非麻醉专业学生麻醉实习教学效果的探讨

         

摘要

Objective] To evaluate the effects of PBL teaching model in anesthesia internship for non -anesthesia specialty medical students .[Method] 40 non-anesthesia specialty medical students were divided into to two groups and were taught by PBL or traditional teaching method (LBL) ,respectively .The teaching effects were evaluated by questionnaire survey and exam . [Result] Students exhibited great enthusiasm for PBL method compared to LBL .Students in PBL group had significant higher score in theory knowledge examination and in questionnaire survey as well ,especially in the interest inspirating part(P<0.05) . [Conclusion] PBL teaching model is beneficial to improve the teaching quality of anesthesia internship for non -anesthesia spe-cialty medical students .%  目的:探讨借鉴PBL模式在非麻醉专业学生麻醉实习带教中的应用效果.方法:对40名医学生分别运用传统教学法和借鉴PBL模式教学的核心理念,比较2种方法的教学效果.结果:借鉴PBL模式教学的学生反映教学效果好,且理论测试成绩以及问卷调查评分均优于传统教学班(P<0.05).结论:借鉴PBL模式教学有利于提高非麻醉专业学生麻醉实习教学质量.
