双酚A 是环境内分泌干扰物的一种,环境污染或食品塑料包装材料中双酚A的迁移,可能会带来环境或食品安全的隐患.本文将荧光微球与适配体进行偶联,利用适配体对双酚A特异性识别的特性,制备基于适配体的双酚A荧光检测试纸条.对样本处理缓冲液、跑膜时间、硝酸纤维素膜的干燥方式、不同硝酸纤维素膜进行优化研究可知,PBS样本处理缓冲体系跑膜20 min、硝酸纤维素膜37 ℃干燥2 h、采用Millipore13504硝酸纤维素膜为荧光试纸条的制备条件.该试纸条的制备为双酚A快速检测方法的建立奠定了基础.%Bisphenol A (BPA)was one of environmental contamination-endocrine disrupting chemicals. It could have risk of food safety because of migration of bisphenol A from food packaging materials. Aptamer of BPA marked fluorescent microspheres, and the aptamer bound specifically to BPA. The test strip ap-tamer-based detection was prepared in study. The optimal condition was studied for preparation of the strip. The best buffer was PBS buffer, and ran 20 min in membrane. The drying method of nitrocellulose mem-brane were 37℃and kept 2 hours.Millipore 13504 nitrocellulose membrane was selected in study.Prepara-tion of the strip provides experimental basis for establishment of new detection method of BPA.
