Theresults showed that the optimal extraction process conditionswere 2.0% composite enzymes, themassratio 2:3:5 of cellulose, neutral proteaseand pectinase,reaction pHvalue 5.0, temperature 50℃, duration 2.0 h,and solid-liquidratio 1:120.
