毛皮质量感官评定方法--模糊数学法

         

摘要

The sensory quality was evaluated comprehensively for eight kinds of fur products based on the fuzzy mathematics matrix method. The results showed that their quality degree order from high to low was D, G, A, C, F, B, H and E. The application of mathematical method for fur sensory evaluation can over-come disadvantages resulted from personal love and preference, and was more scientific and reasonable to a certain degree in comparison with the simple descriptive evaluation.%  采用模糊数学矩阵法对不同毛皮质量感官进行了综合评定.结果表明,8种不同毛皮的质量感官评定结果从高到低为D跃G跃A跃C跃F跃B跃H跃E.应用数学法进行感官评定在一定程度上比单纯的描述性评定更能克服个人喜爱、偏爱所带来的弊端,更科学、合理化.
