The views on the International Apprenticeship Meeting shows that, apprenticeship has become important strategy of technical and skilled talents cultivation in the world. The developed countries including Germany, the UK, New Zealand, Australia all have formed effective apprenticeship training mode, and the main features are: to develop a strict training standards, give full play to the role of industry and enterprises in the development of apprenticeship, the government has formed a perfect support mechanism for the development of apprenticeship. In recent years, the apprenticeship pilot has achieved initial success in China, but the specific implementation mechanism is not perfect.
