宁波市鄞州职教中心中职师资'五进'式校本研修模式实践

     

摘要

师资队伍水平一直是制约各中职学校内涵式发展的"短板".宁波市鄞州职教中心敢于直视"短板",从自身存在的问题入手,提出中职师资"五进"式校本研修模式,通过教师进企业、进协会、进高校、进赛场、进工作室等途径,培养教师成为既有扎实的专业技能,又有丰富的实践经验,能胜任教学科研和生产实践的"双师型"教师.%The low level of faculty has been short board constraining the connotation development of secondary vocational education. Yinzhou Vocational Education Center dare to open the "short board", starting from their own existing problems, proposed "five into" school-based teacher vocational training mode, which include: teacher into the enterprise, teacher into the association, teacher in colleges and universities, teacher into the arena, teacher into the studio and other ways, training teachers become solid professional skills and rich experience, can be competent for the teaching and scientific research and production practice of "dual-qualification" teachers.
