Provided are an entry/exit management system which minimizes the possibility of unauthorized access, an authentication device, management device, and portable terminal which constitute the entry/exit management system, a data structure for entry/exit management data to be used in the entry/exit management system, an entry/exit management program to be executed in the entry/exit management system, and a method for building the entry/exit management system. A plurality of nodes which are connected by a P2P network share a blockchain. An authentication condition is recorded in a block of the blockchain by a management node which is one of the plurality of nodes. The authentication condition includes authentication information for an accessing party who can be authenticated. The authentication condition designates an authentication node which is one of the plurality of nodes as the node which carries out the authentication. When authentication information of an accessing party read by the authentication node designated in the authentication condition is included in the authentication condition, the accessing party is authenticated by the authentication node.
