个体接受指导参与职场学习加工有效性实证研究

             

摘要

实证研究表明,参与性是个体职场学习加工的基石,个体接受指导参与职场学习加工可以显著提升知识技能加工的承诺水平,增强个体参与职场学习加工的有效性,取得更加良好的职场学习加工效果,奠定“校企合作”职场学习加工的实践基础。实证分析显示,个体参与职场学习加工是历史、文化以及特殊职场环境等综合性因素的产物,个体接受指导是“校企合作”职场学习加工的有效路径,个体参与职场学习加工存在相互依存的影响因子。%Empirical study shows that participation is the cornerstone of individual workplace learning processing, and individual accepting guidance to participate in workplace learning process can significantly improve the commitment level of knowledge and skills processing, enhance individual participation of workplace learning processing, achieve much better effects of workplace learning, lay the practical basis of workplace learning processing in “school-enterprise cooperation”. Empirical analysis also shows that individual participation in workplace learning process is the product of comprehensive factors including history, culture and special workplace environment, individual accepting guidance is effective path of workplace learning process in “school-enterprise cooperation”, and there are interdependent impact factors while individual participating in workplace learning processing.
