The crankshaft fatigue life was evaluated with three strain‐life models and the fatigue data and prediction data were compared .Considering the influence of existing crankshaft quenching residual stress ,the surface residual stress was measured and its test result was applied to the calculation .The results show that the S‐L‐B model is the most effective ,the Chen model ranks the second and the consistency of modified SWT model is the worst .%将3种不同的应变‐寿命模型应用于曲轴的疲劳寿命评估中,并对疲劳试验数据和预测数据进行了对比。考虑到曲轴淬火残余应力的影响,对曲轴的表面残余应力进行了测试,并将测试结果应用于计算中。通过一系列的对比,证明了S‐L‐B模型对于曲轴的疲劳寿命预测是最有效的,Chen模型次之,修正的SWT 模型一致性最差。
