从学生就业看工程管理专业课程设置

摘要

目前影响工程管理专业毕业生就业状况主要问题,在于工程管理专业学生课程设置中存在弱化技术类课程、实践课程数量不足等问题,从而造成了学生的专业知识和专业背景减弱,实际动手能力下降,影响了培养质量和就业能力.要从加大技术类课程、增加实践课程比例、提高计算机应用能力和改革毕业设计等方面的采取相应对策,适时调整专业课程设置,以学生就业和社会需求为导向,采取更加灵活、动态的课程管理.%Now there are some problems which will affect the employment opportunities in future for the graduates in engineering management. These mainly include weakening of the technology curriculum courses, lacking practical courses and so on. These problems weaken the professional knowledge and background to the graduates. These also resulted in the weakness of the graduates' practical abilities. To solve the problems, some reforms must be taken like providing more technical, practical computer courses for the students. We also need to make some adjustments on practice study and curriculum setting based on the current employment requirements. So we should build a flexible and dynamic curriculum setting system.
