A construction work management device (100) includes a storage unit in which a construction work implementation plan for the purpose of road maintenance and a construction work implementation plan for the purpose of maintenance of an object buried under a road are stored in association with a construction work implementation planned location. The construction work management device (100), by referring to the storage unit, identifies a location where both the construction work for the purpose of road maintenance and the construction work for the purpose of object maintenance are planned. The construction work management device (100) displays the implementation plan for the construction work for the purpose of road maintenance with respect to the identified location and the implementation plan for the construction work for the purpose of maintenance of the object buried under the road in such a manner as to be distinguishable from another construction work implementation plan.
