This paper describes methods and approaches of implementing personalized teaching, and proposes: Teachers should give full play to their talent, from the practical point and innovation view, seizing the key and difficult, implementing personalized teaching, creating a fair, reasonable,competitive, democracy, active classroom atmosphere, enhancing the participating awareness of students, to improve teaching quality.%本文讨论了实现课堂教学个性化的方法与途径,提出:教师要充分发挥个人才华,从实用与创新的角度出发,抓住重点、难点,因材施教,创造公平合理,民主、竞争,活跃的课堂气氛,增强学生参与意识,以期提高课堂教学质量.
