创新《职业生涯规划》教学之探索

摘要

《职业生涯规划》这门课教学方法多种多样，其中把文学作品引入课堂、有针对性的案例教学以及制作精美课件三种教学方法能充分调动学生的学习积极性，效果尤佳，本文举例论证了三种教学方法良好的实践结果，从而得出结论：能吸引学生并对学生有所助益的教学方法才是行之有效的教学法。%　　The teaching methods of Career Planning are diverse, including the introduction of literature, specific case teaching and courseware production. The above three teaching methods full mobilize students' learning enthusiasm, and teaching effect is especially better. The paper demonstrated the good practical result of three teaching method, and got the conclusion that the teaching method that attract student's attention and is helpful to student are practical and effective.
